Very poor service at the bar. The table was dirty with the rest of the cakes and water drops but the lady who guided us to that table didn’t care and just left a menu book. Finally, after at least 20 minutes of efforts trying to catch their attention, I had to raise my voice to ask a waiter to come and clean, and take our order (we were inside, in front of the bar. We couldn’t be more visible). Despite the fact that I expressed my preference for garden seats, the waitress (or reception staff) didn’t take it in account. Later, I saw a couple who came after us were guided to the garden. But they came back 15 minutes later to find their cocktails left on the table. The waiters didn’t bring the drinks to the clients’ new table. The place is very nice but the service is deplorable. It seems none of the service staff pays attention to the clients. All I remember of this bar is a sound of heel shoes. The staff who walked back and worth rapidly without taking care of their clients.
Very disappointed. Visited their bar with friends for a quick drink. Were offered the worst places only, inquire a rude manner. While most of the tables remains available all the time. With such behavior no even wish to stay there. Plenty of other 5* hotels around. Thanks MO for helping with decision where to stay.
Stayed for 3 nights and booked under the American express centurion travel affiliate hotels. Service was good with early check in/free beverages and an extremely helpful team of staff who will attend to almost all your needs. Definitely will return again
It was a complete disappointment. We like your other Mandarin Oriental branches but this one was awful. A very amateur and disrespectful female staff took care of us at the entrance. My husband as a man was very disturbed by the behavior of your staff. Our dinner last night was served extremely late. We were not satisfied at all, we had to change hotels. We will definitely not choose Mandarin Oriental Paris again...
We came during the Fashion week, simply wonderful ! Perfect service, delicious cocktails! Very very crowded- but that’s what makes a bar! We have waited 15 minutes to be seated outside - worth waiting! Everybody were very pleasant! We will definitely come back! Thank you,
Lieu magnifique pour un café ou un petit-déjeuner, pour un repas aussi. Je n'ai pas essayé la partie hôtelière. Personnel très agréable et disponible.
Avons passé un excellent moment au bar de l'hôtel : tout était parfait : le décor, l'accueil et le choix de cocktails originaux. Une mention spéciale sur l'amabilité de tous les membres du staff. Je recommande vous ne serez pas déçu.
Classe, raffiné, ce qu'on y sert est excellent, le personnel qualifié et particulièrement sympathique. Je recommande vivement ne serait-ce que pour profiter de la magnifique terrasse en été comme en hivers!

Un accueil professionnel. Un service impeccable et aux petits soins. Merci tout spécialement à Gaetano et Pierre qui ont été adorables, avenants et serviables. Une déco formidable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment pour travailler et pour le plaisir !
Nous avons partagé un instant au bar Très bon accueil, les cocktails sont maîtrisés à la perfection... Nous avons continué notre chemin à la brasserie , tout était parfait Décor minimaliste pour un service irréprochable... Cuisine légère, très parfumée
Bel écrin pour déguster une coupe de (très) bon champagne. Tout étais là, l’accueil, le service, l'ambiance... La décoration de leur terrasse intérieure est juste incroyable. Sans parler de leur champagne bien sûr !!
Bon accueil mais décoration discutable sans réelle identité. La terrasse semi couverte doit être agréable avec un rayon de soleil. Prévoyez une bonne couverture en mars car il n'y fait vraiment pas chaud.
Le Bar HUIT est un endroit tout à fait unique dans Paris. Luxe calme volupté, jardin caché. Calme et magique.
