Very good restaurant close to train station. We had a good experience for the restaurant back in 2020 so we decided to come back again this year. Everything was perfect at the beginning, champagne cart and welcoming services until the menu have arrived. We reminded him that my husband have food allergies and asked if the chef can replace vegetarian dish for fish menu. The manager refused right away for us to do the menu and asked us to take a la carte dishes instead. He make a big fussed about it which for me it’s not acceptable since it’s not a food preferences but my husband could be really sick or die from eating fish. I commented to him right away that we noted before the visit about the surprise menu so we informed about my husband’s allergy before hand which they could call to inform us that they are going to serve fishes. Well, some restaurants didn’t take the note seriously but this is Michelin restaurant and we never been treated like this and feel so bad for a food allergies. Anyway, we ordered the foods from a la carte. The foods was really great and worth his pride, also the services went well after all that. At the end, I would recommend this place if you don’t have any food allergy and you can stand the pretentious manager.
Very nice place near Metz. Friendly service, reasonably priced menu and wines.
I was expecting for a quite and zen place and I was a little embarrassed with the background noise (with the service door opening and closing, the squeaked parquet when the waiters were walking around..). Also the wine and the dishes were nice, yet I found the price quality ratio a bit too expensive. A good restaurant anyway.
De bons plats avec une recherche gastronomique pertinente. Cependant, le repas a été gâché par la froideur du personnel de salle : une manière très hautaine et expéditive de répondre au client. Nous avons été très mal à l’aise. Dommage.
Very nice experience, everything is perfect from starter to dessert. Helpful staff, very caring, very good advice. Beautiful cellar. We will come back thanks to the chef and all his team.
Just excellent, perfect service from A to Z, caring staff, this is where we see the difference between this kind of magnificent establishments and good establishments. Of course the dishes are great. The particularity of this restaurant is that you don't have to choose from the menu, and that's actually a luxury; arrive in the restaurant and receive the dishes without racking your brains... I obviously recommend.

The service was great. You could see how they prepare the food. Everything is super fresh and everything tasted hilarious. It’s a shame that the portions were so small in comparison to German food, still wanted to eat more xD I could visit it everyday, but it’s nothing for a small budget, but every cent worth.
The food was pretty good and nicely presented. Many items on the menu were crossed out and not available.The "surf and turf" salad had only one small of skewer of shrimp and it looked nothing like a picture online. It had much more meat than seafood and a couple of fried dumplings. I would have preferred more seafood.
Toujours un plaisir d’aller manger au quai des saveurs. L’accueil est très professionnel ainsi que le service. La cuisine est tout juste exceptionnelle que ce soit les entrées ou les plats. Le cuisinier est trop fort!! Ne changez rien!!
Déçue du manque de professionnalisme et de la hausse des prix de l’intégralité des repas. Ces derniers n’acceptent plus la carte bancaire. Cela m’a obligée de rechercher en pleine nuit, une banque afin de retirer de l’espèce. Je tiens tout de même à souligner que j’ai toujours été satisfaite de ce restaurant. Or suite au changement du personnel se chargeant du service, la qualité d’accueil n’est plus du tout la même. Auparavant, le personnel ne m’avait jamais servie du pain non frais et était beaucoup plus avenant et professionnel. Je n’y mettrai plus les pieds.
Plats délicieux et servis rapidement ! Viandes halal de qualité ! Par contre je regrette un peu la petite taille du resto qui est selon moi le seul point négatif
Du surgelé et très chère. Pas de vins proposé. Les avis qui sont de plus de deux mois ne correspondent pas au restaurant. Il ny a pas de pizza rien. Médiocre. Nous en avons eu pour 30€ pour du surgelé c'est bof.
Petit restaurant, accueil très convivial, la carte est excellente! Je recommande ++++
